Why is someone's location not updating?

When someone's location stops updating, their phone has usually stopped Fuzz in the background. On their phone:

1. Open Fuzz once. This often wakes location sharing up again.
2. Check location permission is Allow all the time, not "While using the app".
3. Turn off battery optimisation (battery saver) for Fuzz.
4. On Xiaomi, Redmi, Vivo, Oppo and Realme phones, also allow Autostart or background activity for Fuzz.
5. Make sure the phone has mobile data or Wi-Fi.
