Frequently asked questions
Who receives my SOS alert?
Your emergency contacts, and the members of your Vibes that have SOS alerts switched on. You can switch SOS alerts off for any Vibe, and change your emergency contacts at any time.
Does SOS work if I've turned off my visibility?
Yes. When you press SOS, Fuzz sends your current location with the alert, even if you have turned off your visibility.
Does SOS call the police?
No. Fuzz alerts the people you chose. In an emergency, also call 112, India's emergency number.
What if I press SOS by mistake?
Fuzz asks you to confirm before sending. If an alert has gone out, cancel it from the SOS screen and everyone who received it is told you're safe.
